Rank up as a buyer, seller or an affiliate. A higher level has beneficial rewards such as decreased clearance time for payments, creating recurring orders, cash back and more!

Sellers/buyers/affiliates who are dedicated, provide great quality, great services, deliver on time and maintain this great quality automatically earn these level enhancements.

Note: Upgrades to user levels are automatic. Please wait at least 20 minutes before entering a ticket about user level promotions if you have not been promoted yet.

How is response time calculated?

Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.

What is a unique affiliate sale?

A unique affiliate sale is one (1) purchase from one (1) affiliate. The same affiliate could purchase several more services or items but it would still produce only one unique sale. You need 25 affiliates to purchase at least 1 service to have 25 unique affiliate sales. A unique affiliate sale must be in a completed state (delivered by the seller and accepted by the buyer).

Level 1

Level 1

Everyone starts out at Level 1. This is the base level and requires no effort.

Limitations

  • Can't create services for more than $125
  • Can't create coupons that lower a service price to less than $5
  • Longer clearance period for funds
  • Can't create instant downloads
  • Can't create subscription services
  • Withdrawals may go under review, resulting in longer waiting
  • Withdrawals have a minimum of $20
  • Can't create more than 10 services

Level 2

Level 2 users are getting serious and earning serious money. To obtain a level two status:

Requirements
  • SBA Completed/Purchased/Affiliated 10 orders on time
  • SBA Have no infractions (follow the rules)
  • SBA Your email must be verified
  • SBA You must associate a phone number with your account
  • SBA Login often (once per 14 days)
  • SBA Account is at least 7 days old
  • SBA Completed $500 worth of orders/purchases/affiliate sales on time
  • SBA First completed sale/purchase/affiliate sale is at least 30 days old
  • SB Have a 90% rating or higher
  • S 72 hours or less response time

Benefits

  • Can create services for more than $125 (no upper limit)
  • Payment 4 days after order completion
  • Can create instant downloads
  • Can create subscription services
  • Ability to delete public comments on services
  • Larger instant withdraw Limit
  • Withdraw 20 times per 31 days
  • Withdraw as little as $10
  • Can create up to 50 services
  • Customizable public profile

Level 3

Level 3 users are amazing users that command respect.

Requirements
  • SBA Completed 25 orders/purchases/affiliate Sales on time
  • SBA Have no infractions (follow the rules)
  • SBA Login often (once per 14 days)
  • SBA Full verification - identity/address/phone
  • SBA First completed sale is at least 60 days old
  • SBA Completed $2000 worth of orders/purchases/affiliate sales on time
  • SB Have a 95% rating or higher
  • S 24 hours or less response time

Benefits

  • Payment one day after order completion
  • Can create instant downloads
  • Can create subscription services
  • Withdraw 30 times per 31 days
  • Withdraw as little as $5

Level 4

Level 4 users are above average.

Requirements
  • SBA You must be an affiliate
  • SBA Completed 100 Orders/Purchases
  • SBA Have no infractions (follow the rules)
  • SBA Login Very Often (once per 7 days)
  • SB Must have 50 unique affiliate sales
  • SB Have a 95% rating or higher
  • S 24 hours or less response time

Benefits

  • Earn 1% extra on all sales (Excluding affiliate sales)
  • Earn 1% extra on all affiliate sales
  • Can send a status update with email every 3 days
  • Withdraw 60 times per 31 days

Level 5

Level 5 users are exceptional.

Requirements
  • SBA You must be an affiliate
  • SBA Completed 250 Orders/Purchases
  • SBA Have no infractions (follow the rules)
  • SBA Login Very Often (once per 7 days)
  • SB Must have 100 unique affiliate sales
  • SB Have a 97% rating or higher
  • S 24 hours or less response time

Benefits

  • Earn 2% extra on all sales (Excluding affiliate sales)
  • Earn 2% extra on all affiliate sales
  • Can send a status update with email every 2 days
  • Free highlight feature upon request
  • Withdraw 100 times per 31 days

Level <span class='invertedblack'><strong>X</strong></span>

Level X

X level users are the elite. This group of users is manually selected by the staff of SEOClerks.

Requirements

  • Must be Level 3 or greater
  • Should be an affiliate
  • Should have social pages representing you here
  • Must get noticed by Staff
Benefits
  • All benefits of level 1-3
  • Cannot be demoted automatically
  • Highest priority tickets and staff guidelines/restrictions that prevent your account from being restricted in any way.
  • Withdraw 999 times per 31 days
  • Ability to obtain X4 and X5 (Level 4 and 5 benefits)
