The provided backlinks are high authority domains with high DA, the spam score that MOZ is showing you has no relation with reality, basically if MOZ crawls a bad link it will immediately increase the spam score, also MOZ has no idea that bad links were already disavowed from google console and they don't create any harm. In reality a high DA domain can't even have a spam score, the best tool for checking domains is ahrefs.com which always showing real information.

If someone has common sense, it is easily perceived that a spammy link cannot grow in DA.

The spam score from Moz has no relation with google algorithms, moz is not a too useful tool, everyone use ahrefs.com, from Moz the single useful metrics are the DA and PA, spam score should not even exist for high DA/PA domains. If someone has common sense, it is easily perceived that a spammy link cannot grow in DA.You can basically ignore that, it has no relation with the rankings of a website.
