This man is a scammer, He order the gig and right after 1 min of delivery he rejected my order(Means he checked all the 1000 followers in 1 min) and then said they are Russian (Whereas only 9 to 10 are were Russian), then he said they are not high quality, (And only 20 followers were without picture all remaining had there info and DP filled, although i gave him 100 extra), then he said after all the work is delivered, he keep on saying that refund me, where as he got all the followers.
