fix up mysql on vps to decrease failed attempts

I got mysql database on a VPS/ In 24 hours ive had 125 failed attempts, shown in the query stats.

Do you have good server and mysql experience?

I have CentOS and Webmin.

You will login to my PC via teamviewer and resolve this issue to find out what is causing failed attempts and decrease.

I have mysql error log and phpmyadmin advisor report and apache error log for you to check.
