We run an online event where we are trying to streamline the booking and scheduling process.
We have a google form that obviously populates to a google sheet to take in the information. We'd like it to also integrate with Google Calendar to book a timeslot a set number of times during a specified date range.
Ideally, once the date and time is booked at our limited number of times that slot would no longer be available to book.
(IE: June 3rd at 0300 can be booked 3 times but when it's booked 3 times it is no longer available on the sign up location and is listed on a Google Calendar)
We want to be able to specify time lengths for each window of time, make sign up process easy so we get all the information right away, and they get confirmation of the time they booked quickly. File uploads will be needed as well. An automated email to follow would be great too. One we can customize ideally.
