I need a simple script where i put many text in the database and it will display only one unique text for every visitor and if there is no more text it will say "there is no more text here"
using IP or cookies or idk

i will build a simple php script that can display a text from the database for each unique visitor. i will be using cookies to identify each user uniquely.
