This happens every now and then and you have nothing to fear. Try to discuss things with the seller you've hired. Make them understand your side of the situation and explain why you're not satisfied with the delivery. Request a mutual cancellation if they can't re-deliver your service to your satisfaction.

At SEOClerks we want you to be satisfied with any Seller Services offered via the Platform. All Orders made by a user shall only be refunded if such Order has not been fulfilled by a Seller. If the Seller fails to respond or does not deliver the Order as promised to the user, the user may then initiate a refund request by contacting SEOClerks.
