I have encountered this many times during my online career and this is also why I finally established a team of workers. I searched for weeks, in desperate attempts to find people interested in doing tasks for me. I even trained many people so they could easily manage the tasks I handed them. Unfortunately, most of the people are lazy, not comfortable and new to online business, which also means that I got hundreds of applications from people who thought they were able to fulfill the tasks.

What I finally came up with is this:
I live in Sweden. I want to pay my workers as little money as I can, so I can keep as much profits as possible. Most people are looking for profits and hiring someone from the US would most likely end up with me paying too much for the tasks as it's more expensive to live in the US compared to Sweden. And here's the thing. You know this, but what should you do to get the ball rolling?

I started to hire people from the Philippines. That was my first solution to my issues. Generally speaking, they work for quite low wages most of the times, most of them are educated and they understand and can also write in good english. I'd never had a chance to end up in the position I am today without that help.. And without that conclusion.

Reading what you wrote it may be a good idea to try out people from certain countries who might be willing to be paid a bit less than the norm, as long as you manage to find someone who is willing to work and who can be trusted. I am glad it worked out for you, but as a general rule of thumb working on your own is probably best, or at least that is what I figured out after a while.

Working solely on your own would probably always be the best option as there can't be more than one you. If you possess the knowledge, the skills and talent needed for the work to be done, the best solution would always be that you did the work yourself. However, when you start expanding your business, gaining more sales and when you're finding new clients it can be hard to manage everything on your own. That's why I made the decision to establish a team. During the training and also by reading applications I was able to reject some one them right away, which saved me time and effort. But many of them "slipped under the radar" and I had to deal with them afterwards, both during training but also after I had hired them. As long as you keep your cool and look into things deep, you'll be able to find some superb potential out there who's willing to work hard and produce a ton of quality content for you. No matter what niche you're into.

In this scenario, you are the middleman or reseller, trying to find someone to do the job YOU were hired to do. One of the biggest challenges you'll face when trying to outsource is to find a reliable freelancer who can provide the highest quality services in a timely way and at affordable prices. After all, if your own client/buyer wanted 500 Facebook likes in 1 day and it takes 10 days for your freelancer you hired to provide those likes, then you're going to get fired. If you're only focusing on 'cost' when hiring the seller, you are going to choose a cheap provider who might not really be qualified to provide the services required. Taking time to cultivate a reliable bank of sellers or freelancers you can work with (for outsourcing purposes) on a regular basis, people who might not be the cheapest but can provide a mix of quality at good prices will likely be your most effective solution for outsourcing in a cost-effective way.

I think a good method is to try to outsource your work to freelancers even when you can handle it yourself and test out their quality. Filter out bad freelancers and put good ones on your list. Make sure that everyone you try out has a lower price than you. This way even if the quality of the work is low, you can always go and fix it but also earn profit at the same time. When you become busy, you will have a list of quality freelancers to use. The next big issue is where can you find cheap and quality freelancers. It is hard because cheap and quality don’t match. A method I quite like is using new freelancers who just entered the industry. There are people who just entered the industry but produce very high quality work. However, they lack connections and reviews so fail to get work. If you give them long term work, then they will most likely be happy to do work for you for cheap. However, I wouldn’t tell them that this work is outsource to them. Networking with them is also important and try to be friends with these freelancers; everything will become so much easier.

I considered this before, yet after trying and trying and hoping and hoping, I have finally given up that it is possible to find people who are willing to work hard, offer good quality work and be paid a relatively low rate. For starters I would not be able to pay the rates expected as otherwise I would end up losing money rather than getting anything. Secondly I just never seem to find someone who is able to provide a good quality job. Some are too lazy to keep in touch, others are just downright unreliable, and many others cannot stick to deadlines. Considering all this I end up wasting more time trying to find someone who I can work with, and so I would rather invest that time working on my own. Besides there is the time required to explain things, communicate with them and so on. This is what happened to me and I simply gave up.

Hi SEOClerks thanks for your nice question. You try to understand how to outsource in coast effective way?I think if you concentrate on right things like skill up of yourself and you have knowledgeable of yourself for specific job, I think it should cost effect for your whole career. Because I see many for seller bring here to sell for other expert seller services and I mean reselling service. It is meaning he does not have adequate knowledge on such job or service, so he needs to invest for getting profit some noticeable percentage. And another things you can do it some of specific countries freelancer doing job with cheap rate, you can hire them. But remind it lost cost meant low quality and do not look only quantity.

You can be honest in outsourcing a freelancer to help you in your online chores. Open your cards, so to speak, so that the prospective outsource will know how much you can pay him. Or better yet, if you earn by project basis then you can offer a scheme like a commission or percentage of what you will earn from a particular project. There are freelancers who are good and cheap with their services.
