So, my point is me and most of the buyers in seoclerks are facing one problem,if you have the answer drop it or forward it to team.
Problem:I ordered a gig and the seller didn't respond for days(exceed delivery date) and still I can't cancel that order directly, I only can do cancel by mutual understanding and it takes lots more time.
My opinion:If the seller has fixed a delivery date then he/she should deliver in time.If he/she doesn't respond to that date buyer should be able to cancel them directly without waiting for days.
If there is such option and I am not seeing it please let me know

We've considered various options for the buyers when this occurs, including instant cancellation ability, and feel that a reduced time of 24 hours should offer both parties plenty of time to respond. There is no method that will automatically and instantly cancel a gig in this situation. We do intend on reducing the time from 48 hours (2 days) to 24 hours.
