unable to reply to my inbox messages.. how to get rid of account restricted status.

I am unable to send any messages even when its not spam and do not include any links. Its showing account restricted. I wana know how long will this stay and is there any other solution to message.

They reply fast, and you will get your answer.

Most probably you did something wrong and you are blocked for an amount of time, if there wasn't any email indicating, the support ticket is your best choice to know what is going on.
