    Charge by SeoClerks 0.35cents not refunded?

    I also bought a service for which I paid an extra 0.35 cents . Altogether the cost was $1.35 - the seller than asked me to cancel without any explanation - I agreed as he was already late - I got back the $1 but the 0.35 cents was not refunded - this as happened now on 2 occasions so I want to know why I have not received in full the refund?

    Why don't you charge the seller not the buyer?

    The $0.35 is not available on your balance to spend and will be refunded to your Paypal or funding source. To obtain a refund, you will need to submit a support ticket.
