You can withdraw with an unverified account. Paypal may reject the withdrawal though depending on your account status and conditions. If that is the case, the Mass pay will complete removing funds from your SEOClerks account but then the funds will "fail" and not appear in your Paypal account. If this happens, just submit a ticket and we can restore the funds to your SEOClerks account where you can wait until you have any paypal issues cleared before withdrawing again.

i think,you can received payment,but you just can send under $500 if your paypal account unverified..this is from my experience in managing paypal account..
