Can I giving contact details to my costumers?

Hello, I already read TOS, Privacy Policy, and Infringement but I can't find the answer...

Can I give to my costumers my contact details? Like my social media link or my phone number?

Because some of my costumer are asking for my contact details, I think it'll be easier to contact each other by providing contact details, but I'm scare if this is agains TOS?
So, is this agains TOS?

You are not allowed to contact your customers OUTSIDE SEOClerks.
