Basically anything that you shouldn't do on SEOClerks will earn you an infraction.

-Spamming
-Attempting To Avoid SEOClerks For Payments
-Giving Out Contact Information Outside of SEOClerks
-Scamming(Most likely a ban straight up depending on what's occurred.)
-Creating Inappropriate Gigs
-Useless/Spam FAQ Answers

Those are just a few examples, as I said infractions are just for anything you should not do.

Are you allowed to post a photo showing a Sample of your Work in their so called "Terms and Conditions" as long as it's appropriate for all ages??? - NOPE!! Read what they did below.

Well, I just got an Infraction and LOST my Level TWO Status for posting the following Gig (which had NOTHING to do with creating a "Featured Gig Logo" for SEOClerks Gigs- I'm offering it for people's Thumbnails on OTHER Micro-Job Site's) :

"I Will Add a Featured Gig Flag Logo to Your Gig's Thumbnail Photo for...$5

I will add a "FEATURED" Gig Label IDENTICAL to the one's shown in the Upper Corner of Featured Gigs on ANY Micro-Job Site.
Even though this Gig's Demo Video/Photo may look slightly different, not a problem. We will match it to ANY other Gig site's "Featured" Logo.

The Thumbnail below is what I had uploaded for the above Gig which was merely an EXAMPLE of the Graphic I can provide for other people :

THIS SITE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY HANDLE SITUATIONS LIKE THESE. THEY HAVE UNDERPAID (if at all) INTERNS WHO CAN ONLY SEE BLACK OR WHITE AND CAN'T THINK FOR THEMSELVES WITH COMMON SENSE!!

No need to DROP someone's LEVEL. Simply pull the Gig down. Do YOUR job PEOPLE!! EARN that 20% cuz I'm about through with this pee hole.

I HAVE SUSPENDED ALL MY GIGS. TOO BAD I WAS OFFERING BUYERS on SEOCLERKS THE BEST YOUTUBE VIEWS GIG (cost-per-view) ON THIS WHOLE WEBSITE AND NOW THEY LOOSE OUT. That's right. This now will effect the BUYER. Too bad.

Just removing a gig without telling the user has no affect. We did this for a very long time and dealt with the same problems over and over again (mainly cracked and illegal software). Hence, infractions were born.

With that said, just contact support. We generally always expire infractions if the user indicates they understand why they received the infraction and will not do it again (which then returns your user level).
