is there any chance that my level go down on SEO?
Today may be i will reach to level 2 
i was thinking if i get promoted what will be the factors / reason that my level go down. or SEO Clerks can reverse my level automatically or not ?

There are set requirements to Level up, if you later no longer meet one of the requirements for whatever reason your level will go down as you don't meet the requirements. There is an automated check done every 20 minutes to see if users need to be Leveled up or down.
