Why buyers don't complete order?

I have been working for two months on seoclerks. I have completed 32 orders till i joined. But i have got only 24 ratings that means only 24 orders from 32 orders have been completed by buyers. I just want to know, why they don't complete the orders or whats wrong with them .please suggest me something.

There is nothing wrong with this, it's normal behavior within any kind of marketplace, there's hundreds of reasons why they would not leave feedback

-Service was junk but not bad enough to leave negative
-Busy and hasn't checked the order yet
-New and doesn't even realize it's a thing
-Simply does not care, buyers gain nothing from leaving feedback afterall
-Leaving feedback instantly Completes an order, they may be waiting to see results
-Some may simply forget

That's just a few quick reasons off the top of my head, there's many more. All you can do is provide the best Service possible and give a friendly reminder in the delivery message to leave feedback. Never pester buyers after an order for feedback, it just looks bad and is annoying for the buyer in many cases.

Well this have also happened to me a lots of times . Even they login to seoclerks and I PM them . but they don't complete order . I agree with points above some buyers are new they just create account and order and get on..

When you finish the order remind them to rate it as complete. Be nice and give some kind of bonus like the users above stated. I think you do much better.

Offer them some kind of bonus if they rate you and you'll have a higher chance of being rated by them as they get an incentive from spending their time doing it.

I guess is as simple as, they forget. Try to remind them through inbox.
Seoclerks has a autocomplete feature. That after you deliver job, it will autocomplete in 5 days. So maybe with this feature, buyers think that give a feedback is not necessary

there is nothing to worry about..
Buyer usually donot do this intentionally..
They just forget to do so or they have not checked the completed order yet..
or they simply donot pay attention towards this because many of them dont know that what is the use of this for the seller..
U just try to remind him by and means.. or simply inbox him..;.
