What does Response time means and how does it count?

Hi, what does response time means and how does it counts?
My response time is 10 hours now but I was clearly responding to all inquiries within an hour or two!
Please help me understand how does it works so that I can perform well over here.

Hi, if your response time is 10 hours, it doesn't really matter, as long as it's under 24 hours. If you would like more in depth about response times within SEOClerks, please read this forum post, that was posted back in August when they started beta testing it.

Thank you so much for your answers! I got it all but the point is that I always respond to orders or messages really fast ( it takes maximum 2 hours , usually it takes 5 - 10 minutes) so why my response time is 10 hours I really don't understand.

Anyway, I hope it will change soon,

How could this be possible? Under that basis you never sleep for more than 2 hours at a time.

Hello Karoshio! Actually I think this is a chance because I always get orders while I am online , so I had a chance to reply really fast. By the way I sleep 5 hours in a day and feel great . I really spend too many time online!

The response time is that when you get a order how fast you are replying on the order update. But it doesn't matter a lot as long as buyers are getting their expected service. Thanks.
