The minimum requirement for level 2 is 20 FAQ's and for Level 3 is 25 FAQ's.
But after posting or answering anyone does the User level increases automatically or we have to inform the support by making a ticket ??

Hi, you will automatically promoted to the next level when you have completed all minimum requirement. Just wait at least 20 minutes before entering a ticket about user level promotions if you have not been promoted yet.
