seller has not delivered my order on expected delivery time?

I have bought a gig from a buyer on 24 th of this month and he is supposed to deliver by 25 th but he never responded till date. What can i do to get my money back? I tried contacting him too but no response from his end. And yes he logged in after i have ordered my gig

You should contact support or ask the seller to give you a full refund.
If he didn't then the only way to get the money back is by contacting support.

then you will have the privilege of asking for a refund or click "got problems" link. then you will be presented with options to get your money back. but your money will remain in your seoclerks balence. it will not go back to your paypal.
