Because you "force canceled" the order, that is why your rating has gone down. What you should've done was request a "mutual cancelation" and if the buyer didn't reply in 5-6 days, the order would be automatically canceled. By requesting a 'mutual cancelation' this can also give the buyer time to supply any information that was needed to help complete the order, and all they would have to do is reject the mutual cancelation, and continue with the order.
