Why after I was level 3 now I am level 2?

I don´t know what´s going on. I was level 3 but now I´m level 2 and it happened 2 times.

no, its just a temporary problem!
I was also dropped from level3 to level1!
but now all resolved!

It was a bug, which is solved!

It has also happened to a friend of mind on seo clerk ,he wap instantly dropped from level 3 to 2 after suspending just a gig .so check what you did in recent time
