What do you mean "when you comment in any blog it is no-follow" I think you are commenting on the wrong blogs mate.

All the blogs i use are do-follow Have you ever ranked a website with no-follow links?

Yes, websites can be ranked with no-follow links, but better to have a diversity for the best results. Following penguin, i have a site that is ranking on page one for many keywords and i haven't done any backlinks at all!

let us not fool ourselves, you can only get traffic from no-follow links and not ranking, though that may eventually get you a little jump in your ranking as this will improve some of the algorithm used for ranking.

I am really interested to dig deep into that no-follow link because I am wondering why there is such a thing. There is a discussion that I recently chanced upon which says the no-follow setting of the web page is for the purpose of blocking the search engine crawlers. That means the content will not be read by the crawler. That is good if the content is a duplicate so it will not be penalized.
