How to use PayPal or credit card to transfer funds directly to my account balance?

I wonder is there any methods to transfer money directly to my funds in SEOclerks?
Do you know anybody in this site to do this service?
The AIRTM is not convenient with P2P method, you have to wait until the peer accept but there is framed time you cannot control it like PayPal or pay directly by credit card! Please help me if you have any solutions to solve it. TIA
