What if the buyer did not immediately pick up their orders?

I've completed the order. However, up to 8 days since I finished the job the buyer do not take the order, so that the order status still "delivered". I have tried to contact the buyer, it seems he is not too active member. Can this case be solved by sending a support ticket?

Well there is only 1 ways you need to wait 8 days to clear up and then depends on your lvl as lvl 3 needs wait 1 day before to Withdraw your earnings.

Or just tray to contact buyer to tray to set him to complete gig.

It would be nice if there were more incentives for buyers to leave Feedback. It REALLY helps us Sellers. Perhaps they can create something.
