However I dont see very many people here providing such a software because not to many people here have a use or enough know how to make use of a software made to do such an in most cases the software designed to do this type of activities are made custom for the person using it for the operation in mind and not for a public download.
I feel that its safe to say that when it comes to being allowed to provide any software you choose (Unless they have something against pirated software) I believe the answer to this question is NO, reason I believe this is that I can not think of any software that would be so bad they wouldn't allow it unless maybe its a software stickily made for the purpose of a activity that is illegal and has no other use but that activity then I think that Yes SEO clerks would have you remove from their directory.
