Who downgraded my Level???

After being inactive for a few months, I came back this week and noticed that my level has changed from 3 to 1- then 2. I was already stuck on Level 3 for way too long, now it just gets worse. That's not fair. Don't make me loose my reputation, LOL. Give me my Level back!

You lost your level simply because you were inactive. Just start being active again and it will go back up quickly.

Thanks, but I was active and my level never changed because I didn't make enough purchases. I earned my levels, so I think I shouldn't loose them. But that's ok...

Since the upgrades on Seoclerks user levels were downgraded. I was often active but mine was downgraded from level 3 to 2

Message support about this. Sometimes their systems pick up on certain indicators. Are you responding promptly to your customers? Either way, they are very attentive and will be able to help you.

Yes, I do respond promptly to my customers. That's not really a big deal for me and I will not be changing anything. I'm mostly everywhere now and I'm loving it.
