I have an active sale but when I go to manage sales, the order ins't showing, what I must do?

Yes, may be the buyer not responded to your instructions. Contact and tell him to respond to your instructions to make the order active.

I think the buyer did not send you the requirements which you mentioned
in your gig.So contact with the buyer.

Below could be possible reasons:
1> May be the buyer did not send you the requirement to be work on, which you asked in your instructions.
2> otherwise you can contact to Admin to solve the problem.
