Hi i want to know if its allowed also cheating, i mean here on Seoclerks someone has follow me, and then he unfollowed me. I know it is up to him/her but finally it is touching my profile rating and maybe it is not good, in case i want to have bigger level and i want to be trusted seller. So if someone just 5min follox me and in next 5min unfollow me, it is up to him/her or it is not allowed and the user can be banned.

Ranking is given by the amount of completed / canceled orders that you have. . The "following / unfollowing" option has nothing to do with your profile rating. So to answer, your question yes it's allowed to follow or unfollow whomever you want with no repercussions on either side.
