An Official Statement about MonsterBacklinks

We understand the frustration everyone is having with MBL and from the staff of Ionicware, we apologize. MBL was a hosted affiliate with us since 2012, owned and operated by SeoMertech. The owner and company have always been supportive and helpful throughout the growth of SEOClerks. 

The issue, as we understand it, is that the company had a massive amount of chargebacks through MBL which caused other issues for them. This led to payments being delayed and eventually halted entirely. We are not involved in their day-to-day operations, financial connections (bank, stripe, etc), helpdesk, account, etc. Other than owning the software and hosting it, we have no part in the management of their company or front-end of the platform. 
 
The last official update we received was that the company has a plan to pay off all sellers, which should come to fruition in the next few weeks. 
 
If they are not paid off, Ionicware will break contract with MBL and move all unpaid user funds back to SEOClerks where the users will be paid immediately (see note below). Ionicware will make whole any seller who is still owed money. This get complicated because the sellers/users were not vetted or monitored by our company, so sales for items that we do not allow can not be processed by us. 

Note: a thorough review of each account will be completed before any payment is issued.

Disclaimer: This response is not Ionicware taking responsibility for any money owed by SeoMerTech. We have no legal obligation to pay any user and can refuse to do so if we so choose. The repayment of users of MBL by Ionicware is purely goodwill. We have no desire to see any users who've worked hard lose money or be rug pulled. Paying back the users brings no advantage to us except for goodwill, and that is enough for us to negate the expense.
