How do I return to level 3 after being dropped down to level 1 due to long absence on SEOCLERK?

In the meantime, a lot of changes have been made in SC. Please check the updated criteria for level 3, if you met all the requirements, you'll be promoted to the desired level shortly, otherwise please reach out to our friendly Help Desk, they'll assist ASAP.

Try respond the orders asap and cut the time to 24 Hour or less response time.

Trick to do so: Try respond asap and talk on the order page, reply fast, within 60 sec.

Your response time will decrease eventually and fast!
