Update on Credit Card Issue!

Hello Dear Users,

I understand everyone was surprised with the removal of credit card options from the payment method. And Some sellers are too much worried and frustrated for this happened. But, unfortunately, seoclerks did not remove it willingly.

We were allowing our users to receive credits card payments through Myuser.
Myuser is the only credit card option that we allowed sellers to use through us since they were the only ones that allowed it.

Unfortunately, The site/company is currently having issues with their bank and has suspended all accounts. This is the second time they have done this, and we will likely not add them back as they are not stable.

Therefore, we suggest sellers seek other payment methods if they relied on credit cards (IE: Stripe or Razor). If you have other suggestions, please let us know.

The only option left that we offer Now is Coinbase, and there are currently 3 Cryptocurrency payment gateway options that sellers can sign up for. NOWPayments.io should be available to anyone.

I say all that because there is no need for our payment options with the removal of Myuser.

However, as we allow users to receive direct payment methods, sellers should manage their payment methods.

I do not understood why is option to buyers pay with credit card are disabled. Most sellers are disappointed and their profit is going down. Seoclerck not have a future if not give option for buyers to paying directly with credit card.

Hi, If you have read the post you may know already. Seoclerks not disabled it willingly.
It's the problem of the provider myuser. At the moment myuser is the only provider who provides credit card support and allows us to use it for sellers. As they have a problem with their bank they suspend their service and it's happened continuously.

However, As seoclerks want the seller to manage their own direct payment method so they are not adding it again.
This is what I have understood.

Seoclerks team must take some responsibility and enable paying with credit card directly on website and give back add funds option.It is Ok to sellers get direct payments from PayPaI , but for payments from credit cards Seoclerck must take it upon oneself.

Hi,
As the days go by, the seoclerk is frustrating us. We do not see any solution. In this way, by removing one option after another, the frustration of the sellers is increasing. I think one day Bangladesh and Pakistan vendors will not be able to work anymore. Because there is no good payment method for them that they can use. Please make some arrangements for Bangladesh and Pakistan as soon as possible. Thank you

Hi, It's true that this is frustrating. But we have to deal with reality. All problem is with the payment method. all problems started here. Bangladesh and PK has no good payment method so we are suffering.
Seoclerks allowed direct payment method which we are not able to get this is the real problem. Now they have nothing much to help us as there is no alternative available in our country.

Hello brother...I understand your massage. But I am not satisfy..Because Maximum buyer purchase from seller using their credit card or paypal. But both system disadvantages/not available now for Bangladeshi seller. I know seoclerk add many direct payment method but its not useful for any seller or buyer. Because maximum buyer purchese their credit card or paypal . Buyer can not use seoclerk other payment method without paypal. Paypal not supported our country and now no credit card option...how can purchase a buyer from Bangladeshi seller without credit card or paypal????

Hi, You are right, Bangladeshi sellers are suffering from it. But there are still ways to get stripe and other payments method. I suggest you try to get them and enable your credit card options it will help you to get sales and things back to normal.

Hi, It means you have to add your payment methods on your own to receive direct payments. As seoclerks want the seller to receive their payment directly.

Stripe is very good for credit card payments, i just don't know if stripe is ok for Asian contries, but they had chance to nominate any payment option in the other discussion

Yes, Stripe is better, But as I know they do not allow BD or PK to signup or approve accounts.
So logically it's just an option but BD and PK users can not add it Unless they bypass some procedure such as register a company abroad etc.

Actually, there are no good alternatives, BD and PK Sellers needs seoclerks default gateway as they can't own the options seoclerks provide for direct.

If you have a coin base account and if it is activated already and can be used for purchase contact seoclerks supports. they will add it for you if it is not available in your settings area.

Yes, Everyone losing our business including SC, it's a very hard situation for them to manage all the situations. New wallet up and running is the only solution to balance every problem currently we are facing. hope soon everything will be fine soon.

From the past 2 months, we didn't see any single progress towards a solution, but a bundle of problems is ahead of us as a daily package. For PK and BD sellers no payment gateway to receive funds and Sir you are from BD you know better than us, still asking about suggestions. We need a credit card option (maybe alternate to myuser) to survive on this platform.

Hi, Myuser was the only provider who allowed sellers to use it. Unfortunately, there are no more alternatives like this to use for sellers. There is more credit card provider available who supports only self, not for all sellers. I mean you can add for your business but you can't add them to receive for everyone. I hope it is clear now for you.

Yes, I am from Bangladesh. But I take the problem as a problem. It would be better for me too if seoclerks would add payment methods by default like before. but as they can't, I have to solve my problem to survive. There is no one responsible for the problem.
We all here working for our own benefit. So we can't blame anybody except expecting supports. Seoclerks trying their best and provided as much as they could. Hope they will add more benefits when possible but till then we have to keep patience and run our operations with available opportunity.

SuvoSeo One question Brother, now i have $ in my balance and seoclerk taking 10% from the orders i am getting direct to my paypal. What will happen when my balance will finish? As i donot have card, how will i pay that 10%?

Once you finish your balance you will have to pay through invoice. Failure to pay the invoice won't allow you to access your profile until you make payments.
