Why secondary password changed automatically?

Why does my secondary password change automatically? I changed twice with customer support but every time it changed automatically. Please tell me a way to make it easy for me.

Please secure your account if you did not ask for this action or suspect that someone else may be using your account. You should change your password ASAP and enable the security question.
