Offering guest posting on your site, a long with a submission form is going to get you a LOT of spammy, low quality submissions from people. Mostly they will be from low quality SEO sites that are pluggin their services to you via your form. What people actually use it for that and not what it was intended for? You can bet the fillings in your back teeth they will. On several blogs where I've done this, I had to disable submissions via a form on a page on my site. Instead, I had to switch to people emailing me their articles instead. However, while it did reduce the amount of spammy, low quality submissions I was getting (which saved time), people would still email me rubbish articles that I wouldn't dream of posting to my site.
I'm just saying, it's best to let you know this from the start. This is the Internet we're talking about here. Where virtually everyone is trying to get something for nothing or just aren't interested period. What you have to realize is that there will only be a very very small amount of people out there that will actually want to write for your blog. And an even smaller amount of people that can write good articles for it. Especially if there is nothing really in it for them apart from a link.
And all those others that do, will probably competing, rival blogs and sites and aren't going to want to write for you and help you. Even if they do get a link out of it. Plus the ones that do probably may not even see your plea or post telling people about it.
I know I sound really negative. But I'm just telling you this from the start so you know from the start what to expect. That said, it's not to say you can't find some good writers out there or other bloggers that will submit a guest post on your site. But it may be to a site that you are also a competitor of or perhaps their site is really rubbish and low quality. Do you really want to link out to that site from yours? Are you prepared to send your loyal site readers away to a crappy blog that sells Amazon products and has tons of ads on it?
Of course, not every site will be. But you will really have to analyze the sites that you're linking out to. Check to make sure they're not Google penalized and don't have any bad rep said about them online somewhere that could make your blog loose credibility.
That all said, it is still possible to find great guest posters for your blog. One way of doing that is to join guest post exchange sites. Search in Google for "Guest Post Exchange" and there are sites you can join to find them. You can also do that same search on Social Media sites like Facebook and Google+.
Try these searches for example
https://www.facebook.com/search/gr...0post%20exchange
https://www.facebook.com/search/pa...0post%20exchange
https://www.reddit.com/r/GuestPost/
