Before we had the Internet I worked at a job where we had to come up with ideas to cut expenses, especially for training. Our training classes were held at a location and the employees were given travel money to cover the expenses of going to the site and attending the classes. I suggested to my boss that he put some of the courses on videotape. He praised my idea. But it wasn't actually my idea. When I was at university, one of my professors recorded his classes on video. If I missed a class I just went to the study hall and checked out his video for that date, watched it and took notes. The idea definitely saved money. Now that we have video marketing we can use videos to make money. Cool!
