Why did I receive a negative rating when cancelling order?

If you force cancelled from your side then you will get negative rating. If the seller mutual initiated mutual cancellation then and you accepted that then there will be no negative rating on either side. Only when seller forced cancelled your order after 24 hours of the order placed then seller will get negative rating.

However this option also used by my competitor to down my rating, I have contacted to the support team but they didn't help me regarding this. Even I have full proof of intentional negative rating on my profile, but the support team kidding me by saying it is just a single negative rating but which impact a lot for a seller.
