What to do with a not responding seller?

I have bought a service from a seller and paid the service as required. Seller is not responding to my communication and the project is now in "Late Delivery".

Should I dispute with PayPal?
Should I try with SeoClerks customer service or support?

Can anyone advise me based on a previous experience, especially with that seller "

You just click on cancel button, on your order page to cancel order, and your money will be return to your account. Thanks

As a buyer, you will always have the option to request mutual cancellation from within the order page. If the seller refuses your cancellation offer, you can ask support staff to intervene. You can create a support ticket via https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
