You can post jobs on the job section. You need to mention your budget for the job. Then people can bid on your job. You can choose someone from them and complete the job.

Trade is something for something where the money is not involved. You may offer service and trade another service for it. People can offer you, not bid on your trade.

I hope you understand. I have posted a trade. Watch it as an example

As the name implies, Want to trade is for trades. You can trade one service or product for another. This is a great way to get what you want without paying money. For in stance, "I will trade a homepage banner on my website for a banner on your homepage for one month". This is a trade.

A job is posted by a buyer who is willing to pay for the service or product. When you post a job you will receive bids from sellers who are interested in performing the work.

A bid is the equivalent of a service. When you accept the seller's bid that creates an order and you are asked to pay.

Just as with a regular service, the seller is not paid until buyer has reviewed the delivery and agreed to order completion.

If you're having issues posting a bid or trade, you can contact support or just let me know here and I'll be happy to check into that for you.
