interesting you should bring up scope, because the scope of it has also changed to include a whole lot of marketing and webmaster / it responsibilities even sometimes design and copywriting that would have historically have been done by a completely different professional but this is what has become necessary to remain competitive and I can only imagine it getting more so going forward The scope or the outlook?
