How custom order works?

Dear All,
I currently got two custom orders and completed it. But they didn't respond anymore. The status of my custom order is:

Waiting for buyers response

If the buyers not respond, what will happen to my custom orders? Will the money automatically transferred to my account after several days?

Maybe Its Work like Original Order, If The Buyer Didn't Respond your Order in 5 Days, It will Be Marked as Complete.
I Think Custom Order Works Like That.
