Sometimes when people try to withdraw they will have their paypal emails typed in wrong and the funds will say they're been sent but in reality they have not gone anywhere because the email doesn't exist. If your email is pretty basic/common, you could have actually sent the money to someone else, and that's no ones fault but your own. This doesn't happen very often, but it can, so I would double check that your PayPal email is typed in correctly on your profile page and get back to the administrators about it.
You could have a limited PayPal account and not know it. If you don't have a decent amount of money flowing in and out of your account it could get frozen for a short period of time and PayPal has a problem letting us know about this. I've had my accounts frozen at times and had to call PayPal to re-verify everything so money would continue to go in and out of my account. It's a simple fix, just call PayPal or your account manager and see what's going on. They will be able to tell you if they see a transaction coming from Ionicware/SEOclerks and you can tell them it's legitimate.
I hope that helps you out a little
- TommyHi there,
Is the money still in your SEOclerks account?
