    Yes, I believe that the layout and design of the website matters much in SEO. Take for example a site with a bad design like the main menu is scattered and the navigation is so difficult, that would give a negative score to the SEO of your website. That’s also the advice with the color and fonts because when the visibility of the home page is affected then it also has an effect on the SEO because it seems that the search engine is taking notes of the design and layout based on its standards.
