Everyone thinks you need millions of people each day on your website in order to strike it rich, but that's just not true, because you can profit a lot with just 100 people a day on your website. Now, these 100 people are super targeted in a way that you know for sure they will be interested in what you have for sale and they are ready to purchase. Think about it, if you had 100 people on your website who were ready to purchase, could you make a good amount of money?
We don't need 1,000s of sales a day to make millions of dollars each year, we just need a good profit margin with our products or our affiliate links in order to be extremely profitable. Everyone is worried about getting all this traffic to their website, converting 1% or 2% of those people into actual sales, and they do the math based on that. What if I told you that you could convert 75% of your visitors in the beginning and bootstrap it to be a millionaire over time?
Not all traffic sources are created equal
People tend to think they are going to pay someone for 1,000,000 visitors and make a ton of money, but that's not how those packages work. With those packages, you will be purchasing something to make your traffic dashboard look pretty for anyone who is looking at it, and you shouldn't be expecting any sales from it.
You're better off taking that $10 or $100 you would normally spend on bogus traffic packages and push it into Adwords to bring in the exact person who wants to purchase from you. People selling traffic packages will tell you it's the best on the internet, but I'm sure you'll find someone out there like myself that will tell you they're complete garbage lol. Focus on quality, not quantity, and you will be much happier you did
Getting super targeted with your PPC campaigns
When you start off with a PPC campaign you might think getting the most views and clicks on your ad is going to bring in a ton of profits, but it doesn't. You need to get extremely targeted with your ads, target specific people, and you will be more profitable doing this than if you focus on the most clicks possible.
Some people go broke with Adwords, and those people are usually the ones tho have a super broad targeting with every campaign they launch, and not everyone wants what they're selling. Broad targeting isn't a bad thing if you have something that everyone wants, but that's a rare thing to have, so you definitely need to get targeted and thank me that you did
Telling people what you're selling before they click through
One trick to increase your conversions, drop your daily ad spend, increase your profits, and keep a smile no your face is to tell people what they're going to be purchasing before they even click on your link. Tell people what you're selling, how much it costs, how long it takes to deliver, tell them if there's a guarantee, and explain pretty much everything else you can that would be a red flag for the buyer. A lot of people will get enticed by an ad, click through, and instantly get turned off when they see how much it costs. By adding the price to your ad you will keep people from clicking your ad, saving you money, and now you know the ones who have clicked through to your website are likely the ones who have the funds to pay you
Filter out the tire kickers and the people who never buy
By telling people exactly what you're selling, how much it costs, and how long it will take to finish your service or ship a product, you will be filtering out tire kickers and people who would never buy in the first place. Sure, you may get a few clicks here and there from people who are still curious about the product, but they will still know if they can afford it or not before they click
Filtering out these people will just your ad is one thing, but setting up the right filters within your AdWords or other PPC platform campaigns can be crucial to your success. On Facebook, you can target people who are more likely to spend money on your website, people who make over a certain amount of money, and people who regularly shop online. If you can do that, you will increase your chances of getting people to sign up with you on their first visit and you will save money since the tire kickers are not coming to see what you have for sale.
In conclusion
If you can reduce the number of people who land on your website to just the ones who are most likely to purchase, you will increase your chances of converting them into a sale, but that also depends on what you're selling and how well you sell it on your website. You need a good design that has a professional looking logo before you can gain instant trust from anyone that lands on your website for the first time. If your sales copy is on point and your design is top notch, you shouldn't have any problems converting the majority of your super targeted traffic into paying customers
