With your program, you can ask them their names, emails, where they're from, and anything else related to your website that you think is pertinent to your program.

When you offer a loyalty program, you're in control of the benefits, which means you can give away a fee flyer or you can give away a free car. Depending on what you can afford will show how valued you see your customers, no matter how much money is in your bank account, your customers want to feel valued.
If your customers are spending $100 every time, and you're giving away a $10 product after they order 10 times, they won't feel very valued, will they? Now, if you're selling something for $100 and you give every 3rd order away for free (if you can afford to), they will come back every time because they're only a couple orders away from a free thing they already want/need

If you're handing out loyalty cards, you're essentially branding yourself even more than before, and this is because your logos and website will be all over the card that they need to show everytime they come to your business or website.
These little loyalty cards are the same as business cards, but these ones won't get thrown away because that's like starting over due to the fact they don't have any punches or signatures, so they'll keep them in their wallets or purses at all times for the next use.
Helps build your reputation and authority
The longer you're using a loyalty program, the more reputation you'll be building because more and more people will know who you are and what you offer. You'll be building your authority in the persons mind, which is something better than gold because these people tend to turn into those users who share your website or products to the masses along with a positive review

Online and offline loyalty programs are essential if you want to boost your business by 15% or even 25% if your rewards are great. Give away something for free, or give a nice discount on something expensive, and you will see your repeat customer count increasing month after month
