First off, you need to slow down when working out. You're just going to ruin your arms and shoulders if you keep up that pace. Your first workout where you're punching is ok, but do it with a lower weight and work on your form. The second work out where you're doing some sort of windmill with a dumbbell should be avoided unless you want to pay for a new rotator cuff lol This is my workout video

About the Video
  1. The Music - I wanted to close the video or mute my audio because it's super repetitive and annoyingly loud. The music should be in the background, it shouldn't be something that I'm focused on and I can't even see it. Think of something slower and more melodic so people are put at ease when trying to learn something from your video.
  2. The Workouts - You didn't explain anything, you just did a set and carried on. Good work out tutorials will go in depth as to why someone should be doing a workout. Take the person step by step and say what you're doing and why. If you can't explain why you're doing it, then don't show it to your viewers.
  3. The Atmosphere - It looks like you're in a bedroom or maybe a basement. If you want people to take your video more serious, try doing this at a gym if you have access to one. Another thing I've seen workout videos do is go to a location, like a forest or a river, and use that as the background. People love the outdoors and they will carry your tutorials inside when they do decide to workout lol.
  4. Your Cameraman - It looked like you had someone holding the camera, I say this because it was shaking. Invest in a small tripod for your phone or camera and let that be your cameraman. Having a video that shakes is going to seem like a lower quality video regardless of what the pixels are at.
  5. Yourself - People sweat when they workout, but a lot of people are grossed out by sweat. When you make your video, I would do the workouts at different times and then splice them together for one final cut. This way you won't be sweaty in the video and you can get more women to watch.
  6. The Title - Your video says "Viral" in the title and that just shows me you're trying too hard. People will see the word "Viral" and just click away because they will see you trying to make the video viral and not focusing no what they're there for, the workout tutorial.
  7. Slow and Steady - This is for 2 things. The first is your workout, which I touched on earlier. Go slower and you'll see more benefits of your workout. The second is that you can't rush perfection. Take your time when making a video and make sure everything is just right so you don't have to do many takes This is my workout video

Those are just a few things I noticed and if you knock out those edits you'll likely have an awesome video on your hands This is my workout video

That was a great review from that videos. All points has been said and very informative. I suggest to follow the tips and for sure you will get high quality videos and gain more subscribers.

Your video quality seems to be good. Just pay attention to the background. And also find out if there are some external MIC that can attach to your body. That way things can be easily managed as well. I have found out that workout video such as this can be good enough as well. I guess for each one of us it'd be different though. Considering how the workout videos are capturing the video the right way. I guess for us that can be easily noticed.

Technically, speaking your workout video is not very good. The images are shaky, the background music is too loud, you are working out too fast. I think your video should be instructional, you need to narrate properly, you need to tell what you are doing and how people should do. Your video should teach people how to work out with dumbells, rather than showing it. Your video is good, but will be better if you concentrate on certain things.

I don't know what you're actually doing so I can't really give any tips on that but your arm movement seemed a bit too fast when you were swinging it around which might damage something in your arm (I think someone else said it above as well). The video is not the best though. It's good but there are a lot of things that you are doing wrong. The biggest thing is that you need to get a proper camera stand and not someone holding it because they are shaking the camera a bit too much

First off, you're not smiling. You have a very concentrated look on your face which means even though your'e serious about what your'e doing, your'e not having fun. People like to have fun when they are working out and when they are learning as well they relate to people having fun so you have to lighten up your look. Secondly make sure that you have alot of space around you. Anything on the floor or around you during your workout will distract your viewers. People like to feel uncluttered when they are working out and they also like to see this when they are learning. Sometimes your face disappears at different takes in the video. This is distracting and will discourage your viewers subconsciously so keep your body centered unless you are pointing out something specific to viewers. Also there are no instructions or descriptions regarding what you are doing. You have to explain this to your viewers as some of them will be curious about what it is you are relating to. Different takes and different environment with some scene cut aways and screen intros will also enhance your video. Good effort and keep on researching and applying yourself.

I think you must have started the video by explaining what kind of workouts you will be doing and how beneficial they are. The music was good. For you next video try to make it somewhere more spacious and where there is more lighting. You must also reduce the pace at which you are working out.

This reminds me of my husband’s desire for me to do workout at home. He composed exercise songs and created a video. Oh, the songs were kind of long and the shortest, I think, is 5 minutes. Anyway, the video is a montage of scenes that are related or not related at all. The purpose is for the viewer to listen to the lyrics, follow the lyrics as if that is an instruction of the workout. However, I don’t think you will understand the video because it is not in English.

While it certainly isn't a bad start, there's a couple of things that you need to focus on in order to improve the production value of your videos. The first thing that I noticed was the camera quality. The quality itself was fine for a start, but you need to get yourself a tripod. Having a stable shot is going to significantly improve the look of your videos. Second, your end slate is fairly well done so whoever did the editing should also be adding graphics and titles for each exercise so we know what you're doing. And on a similar note, it would help to add narration to your videos explaining each workout as you're doing it. Keep it up man!

Great job. However you need to fix a few things to get people watching:

I think you need better workout gear. Image is everything and to attract viewers you need to have the latest in workout gear. Look at the workout videos that do well on you tube and what they are wearing.

You also need to explain what exercise you are doing, what area of your body you are targeting. Remember your video is only two minutes, is this really effective?

I wish you would also film in a clear background. The boxes and furniture destruct from the workout. It makes the video look too messy.

I read all of your comments and realized that I miss the times when I used to play sports. But because of health problems I had to leave sports. Now my younger brother is actively involved in powerlifting and shows good results. Recently he decided to take part in competitions, but he needed to gain muscle mass. He went to a specialist, who advised him the drug Testolone for sale, which helps turn fat into muscle mass. And, of course, a simple workout regimen. Thanks to perseverance, my brother made it to the competition and won a prize. I would like to take part in such a contest too.

I agree sports is definitely a way to stay active and fit. But I think our people are overcoming their physical activity. Indeed, machines have replaced many of our daily work, but at least people should do simple house chores to stay fit.

On the contrary, if we talk about the workout, then I am not in favour of doing exercises at the gym. I think people can do better workouts at home or even at the office. Especially men should take these MK 677 Sarms to improve their workout and get better and lean muscles. It is better than a variety of steroids and supplements. It doesn't only help in burning fat but also strengthens muscles and bones, and you don't feel weak after cardio.

Also, my fellow freelancers should also go with standing desktops, drink more water, and conduct physical activities to stay fit and healthy.
