When you have a business online, you have to deal with reviews. Most of the time, if you operate correctly and treat your customers well then you will have many 5 star reviews on your site and it will be extremely beneficial to you because that may attract more customers to your site who may have been reluctant before. But sometimes, you may face a difficult customer or you may not have been able to give the best service to your customer. They may leave a bad review for you on your site or even a third party site.
