Usually when a business is up and running while being successful, they sometimes forget about the customers who helped push them towards that success.  Keeping up with your current clients and trying to retain them will most definitely boost your sales due to your customers referring new ones 7 ways to market to your existing clients  Keeping in touch with your current clients will keep them all happy, and that's the main goal at the end of the day.  Remember that your customers can ruin you with just one bad review, so if you can pile up all the positive reviews then you'll have a great time hanging out with them anytime you can 7 ways to market to your existing clients

  2. Content that helps your customers   
    Learning from you customers is a great way to generate content for your website.  You can write up discussions or articles talking about problems and solutions to things your customers are seeing on a day to day basis.  By helping them out you are essentially turning them into a long time reader and possibly a frequent shopper 7 ways to market to your existing clients

  3. Offer discounts and promotions to existing customers

    If you have a CRM dashboard set up already, then this will be much easier.  If you don't, I would suggest you look into one and start getting use to it.  Basically what you'll do is track how long your customers have been with you and after XX months you can give them a month of service for free or give them a nice discount for the next month.  You can also send out coupons to them on the anniversary of when they signed up or on their birthdays if you know the date.

  5. Go Offline   
    When it comes to businesses today, there is a ton of technology and you can become distant.  You will want to get physical interaction with some of your clients in order to build trust.  This will in turn keep them coming back for even longer since you're building a business relationship. 

  6. Honor the good ones publicly   
    When it comes to larger companies, you can honor some of your customers and even sales reps by throwing a huge party and giving out gifts.  Think of this as the company Christmas party but during a time of the year when there isn't much going on lol.  You'll want to get some nice invites so it looks like you spent a pretty penny on them, then send it out to everyone you want to show up.  This will look good on you because you're honoring all the people who got you to where you currently are.

  7. Give them something to remember you about  
    If you normally meet up with potential clients and current ones, you will want to give them marketing material whenever you get together.  This will make is so that they will always have something in their hands to remember you by.  They can also hand these out to their friends who they think would like what you have to offer 7 ways to market to your existing clients  This could be anything from a media folder with loads of content to just a business card.  You would be amazed at how many business cards I just have sitting in my wallet for a rainy day 7 ways to market to your existing clients

This post is really helpful because it gives tips on how to keep your existing clients.. I know about the promotions, staying connected in contact and ensuring your good quality is intact but the point which says rewarding your old customers is such a nice idea also.

I believe that maintaining engagement is the best way to market to existing customers.

I would also particularly adopt the strategy of promotions for current clients, longstanding rewards and even on the client's birthday.

Remember a current customer is cheaper than attracting new customers!

I've always tried as much as I could to use the social media in keeping up with my existing and it is one way that I have come to monitor their demands and know how to fulfil them. This is such a great 7 ways that I can really market my existing and it is one that I enjoy reading as well.

When we first went to Bangkok 5 years ago, Pita added me to her friends in Facebook. Pita is our tour guide. Once in a while, she would send me a nice greeting and she also sometimes liked my posts. When we came back to Bangkok, we again took her as our tour guide. That is one example of good rapport to your clients. If Pita did not connect to me in Facebook then I would probably have forgotten her already.
