Some people are interested in cars, some for smartphones and other gadgets, but I love PC peripherals. I remember there were days I used to beg my parents to upgrade my rig so that I can play high-performance games. The first high-performance game that I ever played on a very upgraded rig was Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, And also I used to test the graphics cards by playing this game. Nowadays if you see in YouTube, tech guru ‘s they use so many software’s used to rate and set benchmarks, I didn’t have much knowledge about it back then.
One of the big reasons I came into my freelancing world is to have money to upgrade my rig for latest release because after paying rent and other necessary expenses, I barely had any money to keep up with in new tech. I am a hardcore gamer and to play the latest games and be prepared for the future ones, rig update is very important, not that your old components aren’t useful enough, for an instance before I bought the new MSI GTX 980 Ti, I had ENGTX550 Ti DCDI1GD5 running like a beast with the games compatible and I simply don’t buy all components at once, I upgrade step by step.
I really got passionate about PC building since I was my high school, I used to open up my Celeron, clean up my whole PC and resemble it. Since then all my rigs that I had until today is custom built by me.
For my next upgrade, I planned to have a triple led display mounting setup, I would probably go for Asus ROG displays.
Are you into gaming or design? What’s your Rig?
