There are many hosting with low database upload size limit like 1MB or 2MB. Don't take such hosting. When you want to transfer a WordPress website with database like 80MB, you or your WordPress assistant will have to split into small pieces of 1MB, then upload each one without any mistake. That will be more than 80 pieces of database. A single mistake and you have to start dropping the database, then start from beginning. While transferring websites of some clients, I have seen such problems.
It's not that it can't be done. But why take too much risk and waste so much time.
So choose good hosting according your website.

You said right. There is no other way except taking gohosting site because here is domain speed and website speed listed. On my opinion check the world best hosting site. Have super speed about upload a database.
