Can Meditation help me with my business ????

Actually I know many are thinking " Meditation with business your off your head" well in my opinion it does actually have great effect . We live our lifes busy busy all rushing around with our business sorting are children out for those who have children and at times are heads can become cloudy. We often can get stressed which in turn can effect our businesses as we do not think straight and we can often be distracted by the little things .

Now meditation and involving this in your life as its benefits and can help a hell of a lot . Reasons to meditate , it can help decrease blood pressure, stress levels and more concentration. So all I am saying is just give it ago review your week without meditation and then the following week meditate first thing in the morning before you do your work or blogs and compare the difference. You will find that with meditation you will be able to think more clear and also make much faster decisions.

There is plenty of way's on the internet on how to meditate and many ways to do it. All it is really is finding a comfy space with no distractions and just sitting back straight and focus on breathing. Simply closing your eyes and taking deep breaths in through the nose holding few seconds and exhale out the mouth keep doing this between 10 to 15 minutes . Try do this every morning and if you can at bedtime as well.

And then see how much it helps you honest it really does make a difference

Mediation doesn't help directly, it does indirectly. It helps your mental ability to relax, and strengthen. It helps calm your mind, keep distractions out. You will be able to think clearer, smarter.

many people in business mediate because it gives you clarity, and with a clear mind your thoughts are usually better, your decision making is better when you take the time to look within. I'm not saying meditation is the solution to better business, but I can't see how it would hurt either.

I need to start meditating again. Like Ksundisk said it brings clarity and that is exactly what I need. Meditating is good for your mind, body, and soul. Your business needs you at your best so meditating will definitely help you. Even just it's something as small as taking the edge off you as you work.

The meditation, and I talk from my experience meditating, is an art, it make you think crystal clear and be focused on the target that you want, it clears all the noise the you have in your brain. I have been doing this from a year ago and I think that I have changed and be more productive and efficient with all the things in my life. I personally feel sorry for those who don't believe in power of meditation, it helps not only in business but in everyday life, just give it a try when you feel over stressed your mind will thank you for that, I myself practice meditation and it changed my life really I used to panic about everything and now I just take some few minutes to relax and take things easy. and everything goes well when you are relaxed.

Medication would only help in your overall body and mind development left for you to use that energy in developing yourself and putting in more productive inputs to your business if not, I cannot guarantee meditation would impact on your business except if you are yoga or some sort of paid meditation expert.

I don't meditate so I wouldn't know how its done or what are the benefits. Just to comment that most people like me automatically associate or interpret the word meditation to be a religious chant or mumbo jumbo with a middle eastern background. This puts the break on wanting to know more or how it can help with any aspect of life whether business or personal.

In a casual talk with my niece who is a Feng Shui master and a Buddhist, one topic was meditation. She advocates meditation as a tool to help us in our daily life. Business is affected by meditation because what you think is what you get. And it is even more effective if after the meditation, you will recite what you wish for the day like maybe good sales. If you believe in vibrations, that's what you exude when you meditate which means you are making the environment cleaner (minus the negative). I think meditation works in many levels of your life. Sometimes we need to stop checking the world around, and start to check our inner world, and that's what you get through meditation. We are a reflection of what we think, feel, talk, inside us. Meditation definitely helps with the mindset. Some of the time the hectic work makes it harder for you to be adjusting with the business. You can see that people who meditate more tend to do lot better. And also their health gets improved. So depending on how you are doing meditation it helps out with breathing and also for managing the stress. I do that all the time. But sometimes we have to take the time out to do just that.

To be honest, @warebehr called it. To be clear, yes, meditation can help with your business. In fact, meditation can generally help in any venture within your life you're looking to expand upon. The problem is, people, meditate for the wrong reasons. For example, if you're solely meditating on the fact of making more money, this is somewhat a materialistic request that doesn't have any true validity. However, if you're meditating on expanding partnerships within your business, overall customer growth and satisfaction, then you're on the right track. So truly, it depends on what your true reasons of meditating are for.

yes to a large extent.To me, I believe meditation is a form of praying.Most days if I don't want to pray out loud, I just meditate about whatever it is I need from God.So yes if you need progress or stability about your business and you can't loudly pray, you could meditate on it and I bet you'll have the same effect as prayers.

Is there any kind of page or website online that gives meditation tutorials? I always use YouTube ones to help me through tutorials, but unfortunately I didn't like the ones that I found there. Also, I know about online gurus that offer guidance through it, but they are way too expensive for my budget. So, any good advice or suggestion will be really appreciated, thanks.

If your problem is financial I think not, but if you want to manage your self on stress cause by your business or make yourself relax in the middle of business problems meditation can help you. Because it can help you to find yourself or to become relax in any situation so that you can have a good and effective decision on your business because business is also a stress generator so meditation can help you on this, and in general it can help your business. Because most our fault came from our decision when we are out of control or when we are upset or hate something and you can easily get out or manage this situation if you practice meditation.

Of course! That is what is written in the Bible. If we meditate on God's word day and night, we shall be like a tree that's planted by the waters. Its leaves does not wither. Also in the book of Joshua 1:8, it says that this book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth. Meditate on it day and night.
