Your favorite movies?

I watched these two movies after checking IMDB rating and liked these three.

  • Bone Tomahawk (2015)
  • Dances with Wolves (1990)
  • Mad Max: Fury Road (2015)
Actually I'm searching for movies like these. I've kept them in top of my favorite movies collection.

I am not a huge movie watcher myself and often I will only watch a movie that really catches my interest and that I feel I would really enjoy. Even though I am not a huge movie watcher I do have my favourite movies that I can watch time and time again though and those movies are Gone in 60 Seconds, Grown Up's, Pixels, Barry Manilow's Copacabana, Dirty Dancing and even the Fifty Shades movies.

A movie really does have to catch my eye though for me to want to sit down and watch it and I have found that it's even more so than ever now since I watched a Nicolas Cage movie called Bad Lieutenant that I thought would be good and it turned out to be one of the worst movies I had seen Nicolas Cage in.

I love Fight Club. I've watched a few times now and I really like how the whole story was done. Superb acting too, I might say. Then there's Leonardo DiCaprio films like Inception, Shutter Island, The Revenant, etc. I seriously haven't found a Leonardo DiCaprio film that isn't worth watching. Then as for comedy, I guess I would go for The Anchorman, simply because both Anchorman movies were amazing and other comedy movies I know have at least 1 sequel that sucks.

Hi, Aplau, from the choices you gave us i would choose Dances with Wolves with Kevin Costner playing the Lt. Dunbar. It was a good movie, with great views and new information about the indians and war.
Now if i can choose another movie, it would be "Devdas" an Indian movie. Yes, is a romantic movie, and yes don't be surprised i am a man. My wife saw this movie, and ask me to watch it with her again, so i did and i have no regrets because Devdas is a great love movie.

My favorite movies are: The Adjustment Bureau, Million Dollar Baby, 127 hours and Frozen. Oh and Titanic. I really cannot choose one that I prefer above the other. I love each one for different reasons. What makes a great movie is the storyline but the cast and special effects also contributes to a great extent.

I have seen lot of movies that I enjoyed them. But I still favorite one particular movie that I will see any day. I can't get enough of this movie talking about The 300. I love the story line and the movie characters are good. And yes the graphic effect is out of the world.

My favourite movies would be Lord of the Ring series. I loved the way the characters came to live , the cinematography, effects and soundtracks. This may partly be because I loved the book series as a kid.

I have no particular favorite movie but I can say that I love the movies of Jackie Chan, that Hongkong action star. Some of his movies don’t have great stories but the stunts make up for it to be a blockbuster. The trademark of Chan is the humorous stunts and the improvisations like using a small chair or even a glass for a defense or weapon. His stunts are not amusing but also have lessons. However, his recent movies are not that great anymore particularly the movie The Foreigner which was shown in 2017. It is a serious movie and it is way out of character for the good old Jackie Chan.

People always ask this question, but I think that it is a very unfair question. They a movies that a produced almost on a daily basis. They are so many choices that I think its hard to limit yourself to only one. However for movies that I can watch again and again I keep them and watch them at the Holidays. I like Legally blonde, I love Meet the parents and I also like Bridgette Jones. As you can see I am a chick flick girl and I make no apologies for it.

Snatch. Has a lot of actors I love in it. It has a great story and phenomenal dialog. And now I know why you never cross someone who keeps pigs.
